Planbox Teams integration will ask your Teams administrator to grant the following permissions to the Planbox app.


Read and write to all app catalogs

Allows the app to create, read, update, and delete apps in the app catalogs.

This is a permission requested to access your data in Default Directory.


This permission is required to add the Planbox App as an embedded application you can access directly from Teams.


Read and write all groups

Allows the app to create groups, read all group properties and memberships, update group properties and memberships, and delete groups. Also allows the apcan be performed by the app without a signed-in user.

This is a permission requested to access your data in Default Directory.


This permission is required for the Planbox App to be able to create channels that are used to share updates and collaboration related to innovation challenges and events.


Read all users' full profiles

Allows the app to read user profiles without a signed in user.

This is a permission requested to access your data in Default Directory.

Sign in and read user profile


This permission is required for the Planbox App to be able to access user information in Teams and map it to the right user in Planbox.


Allows users to sign-in to the app, and allows the app to read the profile of signed-in users. It also allows the app to read basic company information of signed-in
